Most recently, Jim was chief human resources officer at Rogers Communications for a decade, and during the COVID-19 crisis, helped foster a culture of resilience and high performance among the corporation’s 25,000 workforce. During that time, he led the rollout of a National Wellness Fund and revamped Rogers’s inclusion and diversity strategy.
